We have created the “free from” range in order to meet special needs.
Our Aranciok biscuits are 100% of plant origin, without butter and eggs. The butter is replaced by a very light emulsion, made by mixing cocoa butter and rice oil.
The biscuits are vegan but also rich in taste and personality, in this case supported by the intense orange-dark chocolate note. For this dough, we use unwaxed grated Sicilian orange zest without any added sugar. Its sharp but sweet taste is exalted by a touch of 55% dark chocolate.
