This is a classic tea biscuit, which is often used for decorating other desserts, due to its thin shape and crunchy texture. Our cats’ tongues are made with a very soft dough, in which we only use egg whites and icing sugar. We mix the dough by hand, with a spatula, so that it doesn’t lose volume, then we use a piping bag to form each biscuit individually. A handmade product from start to finish.
