We have created the Free from range in order to meet special needs.
Our Crunchy bones are biscuits that are free from butter and flour, also suitable for anyone with a lactose or gluten allergy or intolerance.
A mix of simple ingredients - sugar, egg white, PGI Piedmont hazelnuts and very fine grain cocoa - which literally explodes during baking, into an odd shape. The first baking step is followed by toasting, which exalts the full and rounded flavour of the hazelnut.
The result is a biscuit that is light but moreish, to be eaten at any time of day.
