Chocolate shortbread S shapes
As tradition dictates, our S-shaped biscuits are made of a whipped shortbread mixture, with a frothy consistency, which can be handled with a piping bag. So that’s how we draw our S shapes, one at a time, before baking them.
The result is a very crumbly biscuit, an all-time classic in the dry pastry selection, that we have adapted in this chocolate version.
