Focaccia with forest fruits
This is our simplest leavened product and perhaps for this reason the most popular. Simple but with our mark on it: a healthy sweet, really soft and easy to digest, thanks to the natural leavening with pure Mauro Pinel sourdough starter and the choice of top quality ingredients.
In the forest fruits version, we have added wild strawberries, blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries, all processed by hand so as to conserve the flavour and consistency of just harvested fruit. The result is a focaccia with a fresher flavour than the classic one, which is also good to eat with ice cream.

Soft wheat flour “0”, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, pure MP sourdough starter, monofloral honey, unwaxed grated orange zest, iodized salt, malt, icing (almonds, sugar, fresh egg white, corn starch, rice starch), vanilla beans, forest fruits (blackcurrants, blackberries, wild strawberries, apple, raspberries).
