Focaccia with pearls of chocolate
This is our simplest leavened product and perhaps for this reason the most popular. Simple but with our mark on it: a healthy sweet, really soft and easy to digest, thanks to the natural leavening with pure Mauro Pinel sourdough starter and the choice of top quality ingredients.
In the version with pearls of chocolate we have added small dark chocolate balls, which withstand baking but then literally melt in your mouth. The round taste of chocolate with 55% cocoa paste is a perfect combination with the delicate citrus notes typical of this sweet. The result is a tasty but also refined focaccia.

Soft wheat flour “0”, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, pure MP sourdough starter, monofloral honey, unwaxed grated orange zest, iodized salt, malt, icing (almonds, sugar, fresh egg white, corn starch, rice starch), vanilla beans, pearls of dark chocolate 55%.
