Our tribute to the biscuits of the past, their shape and ingredients, simple but irresistible.
Grandma’s biscuits are shortbread that we have adapted, replacing sucrose with organic cane sugar. We have also decorated them with the same cane sugar, which gives the surface a coarser appearance, just like the biscuits of the olden days.
