Our chocolate shortbread slices are the result of a dough rich in fresh butter, with added PGI Piedmont hazelnuts and Valrhona cocoa. A classic but still successful combination. The result is an aromatic biscuit, with a moreish but delicate flavour, so soft and crumbly that it literally melts in your mouth.
