Kamut shortbread biscuits
This is a simple shortbread biscuit with excellent nutritional value, easy to digest and with low gluten content. In fact, the Kamut khorasan wheat flour that we use in the dough is rich in protein and low in fat. It is a stoneground, whole grain flour, as the shape of this biscuit also suggests. The flour is organic, giving the dough a naturally sweet flavour and a golden colour.
