Mauro Pinel’s Focaccia
This is our simplest leavened product and perhaps for this reason the most popular. Simple but with our mark on it: a healthy sweet, really soft and easy to digest, thanks to the natural leavening with pure Mauro Pinel sourdough starter and the choice of top quality ingredients.
The Normandy butter exalts the citrus notes that come from the monofloral orange blossom honey and from the grated orange zest. A healthy breakfast, nutritious snack or traditional sweet at the end of a meal, Mauro Pinel’s focaccia can be brought to the table all year round.
