Pasticceria Pinel is coming to Cà Zanardi, the evocative location chosen for these really exclusive 3 days of food and wine for true connoisseurs!
It will be Mauro Pinel that welcomes visitors and offers them a taste of his products: the best breads and large leavened products with pure MP sourdough starter, as well as a selection of his handmade biscuits.

There’s a large leavened product for every season: Panettone at Christmas, Colomba at Easter and our focaccia for the other months of the year! These large sweet breads are the hobby-horse of anyone who - like us - only leavens doughs with pure sourdough starter.
Alongside the classic Mauro Pinel focaccia, we offer new versions: the gluttonous focaccia with pearls of 55% dark chocolate or the tasty focaccia with forest fruits. They are different but have in common the utmost care that goes into the choice of raw materials and processes.
A good and healthy product to be savoured at various times of day, from breakfast to a tasty break... and the autumn will be sweeter.
Golosaria is back in the Veneto region to promote local producers of excellent products and their quest for quality that affirms their territorial identity. After the excellent feedback from the first edition, we will also be taking part in this second year, to present our latest products to professionals in the sector and lovers of top quality food.

We will be at the first edition of “Bollicine in Villa”, an event that will bring together the best Italian and European sparkling wine makers. We will be presenting a selection of our large handmade leavened products, but the real feature of the day will be our bread, made with ancient pure sourdough starter, an excellent accompaniment for the tasting sessions.
