Panettone with Giamaica coffee and pearls of chocolate

It’s not called the king of leavened cakes for nothing - panettone is the most superior sweet bread made by natural leavening. In our panettone range, we exclusively use the pure MP sourdough starter originally created by Mauro Pinel.
We love panettone so much that every year we celebrate the arrival of Christmas with a new flavour.
In the coffee version we enrich the mix with Gianni Frasi Giamaica coffee, rigorously made in a percolator. For this leavened product we have selected the Afribon blend, with a creamy and intense flavour. Finally, we replace the sultanas and candied citrus fruits of the traditional recipe with pearls of dark chocolate, to exalt the taste of the coffee.  The result is a panettone with an adult and persistent, decisive but gluttonous flavour.
