We have created the Free from range in order to meet special needs.
Our raspberry squares are 100% of plant origin, without butter and eggs. The butter is replaced by a very light emulsion, made by mixing cocoa butter and rice oil.
The biscuits are vegan but also rich in taste and personality, in this case supported by the sweet and sour note of the raspberries. We use dried fruit in our doughs without sulphur dioxide and without any added sugar, and therefore still rich in fibre and natural sugars.
