Spelt shortbread biscuits
This is a simple shortbread biscuit with excellent nutritional value and easy to digest. In fact, the spelt flour that we use in the dough is rich in mineral salts and low in fat. It is a stoneground whole grain organic flour, unrefined and with a high bran content, that preserves the highest nutritional values and organoleptic properties of ancient wheat.
