We have created the Free from range in order to meet special needs. We use gluten-free flours in our biscuit rings, for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to this protein. 
Tasty and crunchy, our biscuit rings are also attractive; their characteristic shape is obtained as they are formed one by one with a piping bag, therefore every ring is unique!
