Panettone Paradiso

It’s not called the king of leavened cakes for nothing - panettone is the most superior sweet bread made by natural leavening. In our panettone range, we exclusively use the pure MP sourdough starter originally created by Mauro Pinel.
With the Paradiso version, we have removed the “sins of gluttony”. Without sultanas or candied citrus fruit, we use 70% centrifuged Normandy butter and Madagascar vanilla beans in the mix, and to finish off, we decorate it with almond icing.
The result is a very soft sweet bread, with a delicate vanilla perfume and a citrusy touch of monofloral orange honey.
